Happy Holidays from The Dish

If you are like us, we are getting ready to pause and to take a breath as this year draws to a close.

We are looking forward to the beauty of the rituals we experience at this time of the year.  We’ll set aside moments to be with family and friends, to give and to receive, and to be still before the rush of a New Year begins again.

Before we do that, we want to take a moment to express our gratitude to you for taking your time to explore The Dish with us this year.

We’ve loved rethinking and reimagining things with you. We opened the doors to new possibilities in our articles: Our Opportunity to Reimagine the Restaurant Workplace and Let’s Rethink the Restaurant Space. We’ve also explored lots of ‘whys,’ too: Why Embracing a Plant-Based Menu MattersWhy Do Restaurants Offer Free Bread Anyway?,  Why Food Chain Transparency Matters to Restaurants, and Why Are We (in the U.S.) Just Getting A Taste of Mezcal Now

Of course, we’ve also taken trips to the future in articles like: Vertical Farming: Why Urban Chefs Just Might Fall in Love with It.  We love to visit the future by exploring topics like this and we hope to do more of that with you in 2022.

So, as our days one by one begin to grow longer again, there is lots more to come.

But for now, we simply want to wish you a joy-filled holiday season.

We hope you will enjoy it with food you love, with family, with friends, and with the rituals that matter most to you.

See you in the New Year!  We’ll continue our journey to create a smarter, more personalized and human way to experience our restaurants then!

Happy Holidays from The Dish.

Warmly,

Mark and Shannon and the rest of the Eate Digital Team
